Before being unlocked, the Free Edition license is in effect. The Free Edition does not allow customizing converter output and command line conversion.
When unlocked with a valid registration code issued by Tangible Software Solutions, the Premium Edition license is in effect. The Premium Edition licenses are one-year licenses. One year after the last purchase date, the converter will default to the Free Edition until a new license is purchased.
We moved to one-year licenses effective December 3 2018. If you purchased before this date, you can continue to use the last version that you were entitled to under the previous perpetual license (i.e., the last version available within one year of your purchase), however Tangible Software Solutions only makes old perpetual license versions available for 5 years. One-year licenses are in effect for all purchases on or after December 3 2018.
The EULA is shown as one of the install steps and is also available from the 'Help' menu after the converter is installed. The same license agreement is used for both the Free Edition and Premium Edition.

Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement.
Free Edition vs Premium Edition License
Before being unlocked, the Free Edition license is in effect. The Free Edition allows
a single person to use the software on one or more computers, but has some feature restrictions.
When unlocked with a valid registration code issued by Tangible Software Solutions,
the Premium Edition license is in effect. The Premium Edition allows a single person
to use the software on one or more computers without the restrictions of the Free Edition.
The Premium Edition license is a one-year subscription license which includes updates
(access to the latest version) and support. Support only applies to the latest version
of the converter.
One year after your last purchase date, the converter will default to the Free Edition
until you purchase a new subscription license.
Tangible Software Solutions has the right to invalidate an existing registration code
and revoke the Premium Edition license if a refund is issued or the terms of this agreement are
violated by the user.
Use of the Software
You are not authorized to modify or reverse-engineer this software. You are not authorized
to distribute this software. Valid copies of this software are only available through
Tangible Software Solutions.
Tangible Software Solutions places no ownership claim or restriction on any portion
of the conversion output. Helper classes inserted by the converter have copyright notices,
but these classes can be freely used provided that the copyright notices remain intact.
Ownership of the source code is not changed by conversion to another programming language.
The user should recognize that the original source code ownership applies to the converted
code also.
You are not authorized to display any portion of the converter output in another automated
conversion utility.
Governing Law
The laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada shall govern this agreement.
Disclaimer of Warranty
This software is sold "as is" and without warranties as to performance or accuracy or
any other warranties whether expressed or implied. Because of the diverse hardware and
software environments into which the converter may be placed, no warranty of fitness
for a particular purpose is offered.
Most conversions of source code may require many adjustments to the conversion output
since some of the complexity or ambiguity of the original source code may be unresolved
by the converter. Comments may be inserted into the output to indicate some of the
adjustments that cannot be handled by the converter; some adjustments may be indicated
by the source code compiler when attempting to compile the converted code; and testing
may reveal that further adjustments are required to achieve the same results as the
original source code.
The converter does not delete any of the original source code, and Tangible Software
Solutions strongly advises that the original source code not be deleted. Any program
must be thoroughly tested before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk
of using the program. Any liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to
improving the software and making new versions available or refunding the
license purchase price. Improvement of the software will be at the discretion
of Tangible Software Solutions.
