Uninstall Instructions

Online converters: No uninstall is required - clearing your browser cache is all that's necessary to remove all trace of the converters.

Desktop converters: To uninstall either the Free Edition or the Premium Edition of any of our desktop converters, go to 'Settings' and then 'Apps'. Select the converter you have installed and select 'Uninstall'. Answer 'Yes' to the question "Are you sure you want to completely remove (converter) and all of its components". This will completely uninstall the converter.
